Hi, I’m Katherine, one of only a handful of certified Matrescence coaches globally and I love equipping my clients with knowledge and life-changing tools and techniques that few mums even know about.
I am an ICF accredited Matrescence Coach, former Big-4 Transformation Director, Army Veteran and mum of three.
Having sold out my first group coaching programme only 8 weeks after signing my first client I also have a proven process to move you from surviving to thriving in only 2 months!
I am a more mature mum, having had two of my three children during lock-down and in my early 40’s. I love a challenge, am an eternal optimist and I love life with my family and two chickens despite the chaos of the early years of motherhood.
I also love learning! As an advocate of life-long learning, I continually aim to seek out the next challenge and thoroughly enjoy leading, influencing and supporting others on their own personal development journeys too.
It therefore felt very natural to start a coaching business supporting other driven career-minded mums like me.
