Mothers lose their sense of identity in early motherhood
I suspect you will be feeling lost and disconnected with yourself. You may well be subsequently making unhealthy decisions, are less fit than you would like to be and all consumed by who you now are as a mother and not being the women you want to be.
This is even more apparent in mothers, like you, who are holding down senior leadership roles where your identity has, for many years, been wrapped up in your career.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We will discuss your goals and challenges, where you are now and what you want to achieve in the next few months. You will come away with some "quick wins" and if you are unfamiliar with coaching, I will let you know how it works. I will explain REACT in more detail and how I could support you should you want to work with me.
You will have instant access to all the training materials, workbooks, videos and resources to get you on your journey to thriving from the start. You will be requested to complete an initial coaching questionnaire before our first group coaching call, which is likely to take place within 4 weeks of registering.
All my clients are highly ambitious, career-driven mums who want to excel in their careers whilst also be the mum they aspire to be. I have had vets, lawyers, entrepreneurs, marketeers, army officers and management consultants on my programme to name but a few.
The group coaching calls take place weekly and last approx. 75 minutes. Between each call, you are encouraged to spend some time reflecting on your learning by completing a short workbook each week. The more you put the more you will get out of REACT. There is a variety of other training materials, videos, references etc. which can be looked at depending on the topics of interest.
